This committee performs an annual financial audit of club accounts and reports to club leadership. They also oversee fundraising activities for the club.
Human & Spiritual Values Committee
Oversees implementation of Kiwanis Object 1: To give primacy to the human and spiritual rather than to the material values of life.
This committee oversees membership growth and retention.
Public Relations Committee
This committee oversees the club’s web presence, weekly newsletter, and all other communications/media promotion.
Scholarships Review Committee

Reviews applications and selects one candidate for the annual Walter Hurst Sophomore of the Year Scholarship program
Service Committee
Giovanna Alanis Vega
This committee oversees the planning of service projects, builds relationships with local agencies/non-profits, and connects the club with meaningful projects that will improve the community.
Service Leadership Programs Committee
This committee oversees training, advising, and support to our sponsored service leadership programs. Programs include Builders Club, Key Club, and Circle K (CKI).
Young Children Priority One (YCPO) & Youth Services Committee
Oversees implementation of YCPO projects and initiatives. Young Children Priority One focuses on children prenatal through age 5 through four areas:maternal and child health; child care and development; parent education and support; safety and pediatric trauma

This month we have a special guest speaker, Brooke Terry, Director of the Austin Chapter of Book Drive for Kids to tell us about her organization.
This morning we had 6 of our members and 25 key clubbers from Vandergrift High School, Round Rock High School and Cedars International come out and help at our largest fundraiser giving away concessions for donations at the @vw_harvest! We appreciate their support every year and hope to see you all again next year!!
🥨 Sweet & Salty treats now available for a good cause! Support our Kiwanis Club Fundraiser by grabbing some delicious pecans, pralines and pretzels! Every snack helps us make a difference in our community and supports our local Key Clubs! Order form on our website and links in our bio!
