Many Options, One Club

Lonestar Member

This membership option is designed for members who wish to make a larger administrative contribution to the club. Dues of $70 are billed quarterly.

Limitations: none

Benefits: Perform service as a member of Kiwanis, hold office on the board of directors, participate in or chair club committees, vote on club business at the annual meeting, present changes to the club bylaws, represent the club at district and international conventions.
Bluebonnet Member

This membership option is designed for newer members and working, young professionals who are unable to attend weekly club luncheon meetings. Dues of $40 are billed quarterly.

Limitations: none

Benefits: All benefits of the Lonestar Membership level. One director position on the club’s board of directors is specifically designated for a bluebonnet member. 
SLP Alumni Member

This membership option is designated for Key Club and CKI alumni who are joining a Kiwanis Club for their first time. This membership type is only active for two years. Dues of $6.75 are billed quarterly.

Limitations: none

Benefits: All benefits of a Lonestar membership level. Waiver of club, district, and international new member fees and dues.
Honorary Member

This membership type is granted by the board of directors to an individual who has performed a significant deed for the community or club, but is otherwise unable to join as a dues-paying member.

Limitations: Honorary members may not hold office in the club nor vote on club business.
 
Benefits: Honorary members are gifted with an annual subscription to the Kiwanis Magazine.
