Foster Village Halloween Event – Oct 25th – 3:30-6:30 pm – Foster Village North Location
Foster Village provide essential therapeutic support to foster caregivers guided by LCSWs as well as provide a week’s worth of essential items to foster caregivers within 24 hours. 1. This Halloween party is for the children in a non-triggering and sensory friendly environment. 2. Please bring candy 3. Please wear a friendly costume
Roots and Wings – Nov 2nd – 1:30-5:00 pm – Dottie Jordan Park
Join us at Dottie Jordan Park for our annual Roots & Wings Festival! Our Kiwanis Club will host a booth and give away coloring books. Other Activities * Tree climbing with Austin’s Urban Forestry Team * Storytime with Mr. Gabriel and Ms. Aubrey from Austin Public Library * Austin Public Library Bookmobile * Live Music with local musicians * Community Garden Tour * Free Tree Giveaway
Coats for Kids – Dec 9th – 6 – 9 pm – JLA Community Impact Center
Come help us sort winter coats for kids in need.
